Accepted Payment Methods

Minimum Deposit

Deposit Processing Time

Welcome Bonus

Wagering Requirements

As a registered player on the nagad bet Platform, you agree to abide by the following obligations at all times:

• To keep your account credentials secure and to notify nagad bet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

In all cases where nagad bet is found liable despite the above limitations, the total aggregate liability of nagad bet to you shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nagad bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• The account is associated with a prohibited duplicate account.
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to nagad bet.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳100 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower), applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
